Who creates that? If it comes up, then I can do maybe 2 servings a day, sometimes it's a little more. But this is a balanced diet from the variety of fruits and vegetables ? Fruit and vegetables of the season - now include strawberry and asparagus season. Many other fruits and vegetables will follow.

Five minutes, thought-provoking
I take one years since additional supplements and I notice the difference. By the aftermath of an accident, I was a bit limited - my quality of life had deteriorated thereby. For me, an impossibility! A good friend advised me to supplement my food. At first I was skeptical - and now I am very glad to have followed their advice.
My concern in many ways since then better. I'm powerful , my blood values are optimal, even the first sign of hot flashes are gone.
