| little chocolate-almond-heap |
Christmas was always the same spot time. Earlier I love to bake, but in recent years this has slowed or stopped. But this year everything is different. While browsing a very old magazine I found chocolates and cookie recipes, which "sounded" incredibly delicious. The chocolate recipes I've already tried and here geblogt. Today, the little chocolate-almond-heap turn. Result: delicious. Here's the recipe:
125g peeled almonds and donated
2 Eßl.Zucker
125 g bitter chocolate
2 egg whites
125 g sugar
The spread almonds on a baking paper on a baking sheet and spread 2 tablespoons of sugar. In the oven at 200 to 220 degrees six to eight minutes to roast. The chocolate cut into small pieces and dissolve in water. You might want to rub chocolate also easier it is to dissolve it in water . The toasted almonds add to the hot chocolate and let cool, stir vigorously again and leave.
protein and sugar in a bowl, bowl in hot Water bath and mix the mixture with a mixer until a sticky dough. The now cooled almond chocolate mass and stir everything together.
small piles on a tray covered with baking tray and bake at 150 degrees about 15 minutes and dry. When cool put in a tin can and eat in the next 4 weeks. I think they're rather gone ;-)
Next, I'll take white chocolate and then I'm still thinking, as I shall call these delicacies. Widow's kisses are hardly in question, rather young woman Knutscher.
